Plano, Texas Police Department has released an age-progressed photo in an effort to obtain information on a cold case kidnapping from 2008. This case involves the kidnapping of Eitan Ariel Blasingame, who was only a child when a non-custodial parent took him and there are concerns for Eitan's safety.
