David Miller is a Forensic Scientist Supervisor in the West Virginia State Police Forensic Laboratory, Biology/Processing Section. He has 26 years of experience as a DNA Analyst and biological evidence processor. Miller is a member of the West Virginia Sexual Assault Forensic Examination (SAFE) Commission and works closely with the
West Virginia Foundation for Rape Information Services (WV-FRIS) to improve collection and testing of sexual assault evidence collection kits. His education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from WV State College and a Master of Science Degree in Forensic Science from Marshall University.
