With 13 years of experience in law enforcement, Candice Sieg has spent the past 9 years as a latent print examiner, currently with the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. A University of North Florida alumnus who initially pursued a career in finance, Candice found a calling in forensic science and became a certified examiner through the IAI in January 2023.

Throughout her career, she has presented forensic topics to professional audiences and is deeply committed to training, mentoring, and supporting the development of new examiners while upholding high forensic standards.
