Jill started her forensic career, first as a technician and then as a Criminalist in the DNA Database Unit for a total of 8 years at a U.S. government laboratory. She then spent 5 years with a research organization where she used the AmpFlSTR™ Identifiler™ PCR Amplification Kit and SNPs as a quality tool on the Cancer Genome Atlas Project. Jill joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2016 as a North America Field Application Scientist covering the Western states for two years before moving over to HID Technical Support in 2018. Jill has spent the last three years in the Forensic Science Applications Group providing subject matter expertise during new product development and escalations support for global HID field teams.
