A homicide victim whose remains were found in Grant County, Washington in 2011 have been identified as 39-year-old Jorgé Palayo-Rodriguez.

 

The identities of the remains are unknown, and it has not been determined whether they are connected to the disappearance of Miller, a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation, and Haynes.

 

As part of a renewed effort, the Unit is releasing a previously uncirculated photograph of Miller in hopes it may jog the memory of someone who saw or spoke with her in the winter of 1996.
