The webinar will present data from the ongoing validation of the Investigator Quantiplex DNA quantification kit on the ABI SDS 7500. It will include information on software set-up for HID Real-Time PCR Analysis Software v1.1, standard curve performance and reproducibility of results. Quantiplex data generated from forensic samples and NIST SRM 2372 components will be discussed relative to other commercially available quantification kits.
