New Role for Digital Forensic Experts
Summary:
In this webinar, the authors of "Mediated Investigative E-Discovery", recently published in the Federal Courts Law Review, will discuss their innovative approach to e-discovery, which includes a new role for digital forensic experts: retained not by one, but by both parties, and not only to retrieve, but also to identify potentially discoverable information, and mediate disputes between the parties as to whether that information should be produced in discovery. The proposed approach is designed to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and eliminate time-consuming e-discovery disputes. The article is available at www.fclr.org
