PowerPlex® ESX and ESI Systems
The PowerPlex® European Systems meet the new ENFSI recommendation for DNA profile sharing across Europe. They are based on five-color technology and allow co-amplification and detection of D3S1358, D8S1179, D18S51, D21S11, FGA, THO1, vWA, D2S441, D10S1248, D22S1045, D1S1656, D12S391, D2S1358, D16S539, D19S433, SE33 and Amelogenin. These kits are available in multiple formats, including the option to detect SE33, to accommodate various requirements or preferences.
