PRODUCT FOCUS
Scanning Electron Microscope

The JSM-6610LV low vacuum scanning electron microscope offers fast characterization and imaging of fine structures on both small and large samples. The high resolution imaging (3.0nm at 30kV for high vacuum and 4.0nm at 30kV for low vacuum) is suited for forensic microscopy of trace evidence and automated GSR. It calculates 3D measurements from stereo images, contrasts and compares fine details, and analyzes elemental composition navigating across the magnification range of 5 – 300,000X.
