Thai police on Tuesday said they had made forensic progress in the gruesome killing of a Bangkok bank clerk who was murdered and then dismembered, but have made no arrests in the case.

Forensic police inspecting his car aid they found tissue paper stained with semen inside the vehicle, and a fingerprint of an unidentified person on the inside of the windscreen.

The victim had bruises on his right hand and both shins which likely were the result of assault or a fall. Forensic investigators found no other signs of injury or torture on his body. The head was removed by the killer or killers. The man may have been strangled, struck with a hard object or shot in his head. However, police could not conclude the cause of his death yet until they find his head.
