Arthur Eisenberg, Ph.D.

Arthur Eisenberg, Ph.D., is a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Forensic and Investigative Genetics at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at FortWorth. He is also the Co-Director of the UNT Center for Human Identification (UNTCHI). He has spent the past 25 years working in the field of Human Identification utilizing DNA technologies. At the request of the Director of the FBI, Arthur was appointed to the United States DNA Advisory Board and later became Chairman. The UNTCHI, along with the FBI’s National Missing Persons Laboratory, work with law enforcement agencies, medical examiners, and coroners in the identification of missing persons and human remains throughout the United States.
