Valerie Mattimore Fuller, Ph.D., serves as the Forensic Technical Leader for the Government of Saint Lucia Ministry of Justice Forensic Science Laboratory DNA Testing Unit, is an adjunct professor for the Forensic Science Department at Oklahoma State University’s Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as well as a co-inventor for and co-owner of a West Virginian biotech company. Prior to her duties in Saint Lucia, she was DNA Manager of the Tulsa Police Department Forensic Laboratory for eleven years until resigning in 2008 to help train and establish forensic DNA testing capability for the Iraqi National Police in Baghdad, Iraq.
