Roger Frappier is an Assistant Section Head in Biology at the Centre of Forensic Sci ences. The biology section provides forensic serv ices for the province of Ontario in criminal matters against persons/property, including sex ual assault, B&E and robberies, aggravated assault, and homicide. In addition to supervis ing the reporting scientists responsible for sex ual assault cases, as the DNA Technical Manager he oversees the implementation of new DNA technologies/services into casework.
