Jeff Arnold works for the Province of Ontario and is the project manager representing the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service during the planning, design, and construction of the Forensic Services and Coroner’s Complex. In his previous position as Manager of Forensic Services, Jeff oversaw the daily operation of the Provincial Forensic Pathology Unit in Toronto.
