Tom Witt, Ph.D., is a faculty member of the West Virginia University Economics Department. He also serves as director of the WVU Bureau of Business and Economic Research and is an associate dean for research and outreach in the WVU College of Business and Economics. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from Washington University (St. Louis) and a B.A. from Oklahoma State University.
