Surabian, CPSS is an MLRA Soil Survey 12-6 Office Leader with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) serving Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and parts of New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, and New Jersey.
